Signing a cooperation agreement

Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council, witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the General Administration of Civil Defense in Sharjah and the media office of the Government of Sharjah, based on the keenness of both parties to support and effectively enhance the existing partnership relations between them and enhance cooperation to achieve strategic goals in accordance with the visions of the United Arab Emirates and the government of Emirate of Sharjah.

The agreement was signed by His Excellency Colonel Sami Khamis Al-Naqbi, Director General of the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Sharjah, and His Excellency Tariq Saeed Alay, Director of the Information Office of the Government of Sharjah at the Oceanic Hotel in Khor Fakkan.
The agreement aims to enhance joint work to improve operational performance, simplify procedures, improve service quality, and support communication and communication channels to achieve mutual interests between the two parties. The coordination mechanism deals with providing the necessary support between the two parties to implement and succeed various initiatives and projects. The cooperation agreement provides for strengthening frameworks for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, institutional experiences and information, the results of studies and statistics related to the competence of the two parties and their fields of work, the implementation of normative comparisons and access to best practices of both parties.

According to the agreement, the office allocates information to the government of Sharjah toll free number (800 80000) to receive calls and inquiries related to the General Administration of Civil Defense, use the data and ideas that support its success and enhance cooperation in a way that achieves the happiness of the dealers.

Through this memorandum, all the main services will be transferred to the Sharjah Call Center, and the front row staff of the center will be trained on all services, according to the criteria approved by the center, as well as providing all data related to customers to benefit from them.
For his part, HE Tariq Saeed Allai valued the efforts of the General Administration of Civil Defense in Sharjah for their distinguished services according to the highest international quality standards, indicating that the media office of the Sharjah government is consolidating its capabilities to implement the terms of the agreement signed between the two parties and facilitate their tasks and lay the foundations and proposals that contribute to developing and supporting the partnership.
According to Colonel Sami Khamis Al-Naqbi, this agreement is important to support partnership efforts to achieve the United Arab Emirates in general and the government of Sharjah in particular, and joint work to improve the performance of operations and simplify procedures and improve the quality of services to satisfy customers.
